I heard this is a PITA, including having to have the new bearings pressed on....I recall the Haynes manual talking about hokie feeler gage stuff to make sure the spacing is correct as the new bearing is pressed in place. Haynes didn't make it look easy, but I posted a question about this on the old BBS, and the response scared me!!

That may be a job worth paying someone to do!

: My right rear wheel has some axial play (~1.5mm). Am I in big trouble?
: Is it difficult to change rear bearings? Should I do CV boots at the same time?
