If I recall this saga properly, there were some wires chewed by rats on the engine wiring harness. So, I would get one of those test lights (sometimes called a 'noid light) that is plugged in between the injector and the harness, and blinks whenever the voltage to fire is received.
Then put it on each injector and make sure that they're all getting the right volts. If they are, then you'll most likely have to remove the injectors and have them tested. If not, you'll need to fix the harness.
BMP Design (www.bmpd.com) has an injector cleaning/testing service. They clean them, test them, and if any are bad, they'll happily sell you replacements. (I have not used their service.)
I have seen the injector test light advertised in J.C.Whitney and (I think) Bavarian Autosport.
Good hunting!
