The increase in flow will be marginal (but that's where were at with cars like this that basically perform well) but worth the effort. I would guess that marginal increase in flow (2-5%) will not grossly impact WOT mixture.
If you're not convinced or feel like you want to correct the WOT mixture, one of the adjustable or rising rate pressure regulator may do the trick.
I had found a site where some swedish gentleman had partially hacked L jet box and had ID'ed some component values that affected different parts of the curve. 'Now where the heck is that URL...?'

: If I would put the Bavaria manifolds and the twin down pipe system on my otherwise stock 2.8L engine would there much improvement in hp or torque? Also has anyone investigated whether there is there any problem running lean at WOT because of the additional flow rate of the exhaust and the fact that the WOT mixture is preset in the L-jet computer?
