Depending on my mood (and I am very moody) I will use either an s shaped wrench or a chrome snap on flexible socket ( other sockets start binding on the sides ) and I take that bolt out first . On a good day my boss is going down the street with the fly wheel in his hand to get it turned 45 minutes after the car is put on the lift. I don't think the nipple comes in the clutch kit that sachs makes but any good parts dealer will know what it is. I have noticed that lately the clutch kits from sach feature a plastic line up tool I use an old input shaft but the plastic ones in the kit work great. The pilot bearing tool is available though bas or bmp for about 30 to 40 dollars not a bad buy if you your planing on doing several clutchs (like me). good luck
