My car is a 78 530i and so stock it still has the thermal reactors (on the replacement list), It has recently developed what can only be described as a cough if/when I get off the gas quickly. I've been tinkering under the hood and have discovered that there is a little corosion on the distributer cap and have ordered another. Any help would be helpful.
