Couple of options. Look in junkyards for a m535i - gray market car and steal its bumpers.
Keep an eye out in the Roundel Want Ads for either a pair of bumpers for sale or a whole m535i for sale.
Call BMP - Tyler TX and order their m5-like kit for the e12 - I forget the price, but it will cost you at least $1000 for front and rear bumpers.
Conversion Techniques in CA also sells the front bumper/spoiler assembly. and the lights you will need. Good luck.
