I was at B&N (Barnes and Noble) yesterday and was looking at this months Grassroots Racing (I think that's the title). I was reading the 5 series article and was absolutely amazed at one of the picutres.
Right there in full color was Jim Rowe holding a BMW cylinder head over a belt sander. Not sure what he was attempting to do, but it did not make me feel good. A belt sander is not part the tools I use when working on or rebuilding a BMW engines.
I have heard people who have had bad experiences with MM engines, but others who loved them. Any comments?
