I'am interested in getting more horsepower out of my engine.
I just transplanted a 3.5 liter motronic into my 78' 530i the only modifications it has is a Dinan chip, 3.0csl headers with a two in two out catilaic convertor. It's matched to my original 3 speed auto. talk about guzzling gas, the diff. is a 3.96, lots of torqe. any way i would like to get more power, it's an addictive disease i'll look into getting cured one day. if any one has suggestions great i'am all open. the only hitch is that i live in California where they would love to shove a potatoe up your tailpipe then charge you for it!!! Any info on turbos ??
