Watch out for the rust under the windshield. It can completely dissolve the windshield "frame", and it's really dificult to fix (and expensive). I've seen many that have rusted through there.
: Seats need re-upholstered.
Also another big expense. Try checking out World Upholstery at www.worldupholstery.com (I think). I priced new upholstery for mine, including pads, and it was over $1500. Do you really want to spend that? Replace the seats.
