Can anyone let me know what the proper interval is for valve adjustment on my 80 528i? I assume I should have it done. I've owned the car for about 7 months and put about 10k miles on it. The top end of the engine was rebuilt only a few hundred miles before I purchased it. Do I need to get the valves adjusted now, later, never, or when? Can anyone let me know. Also, does anyone have any experience with cost (having a reputable shop do it)?
