The front suspension on an E28 is very different from that on an E12. I doubt that the strut assy. from an E28 can be installed on an E12.
It really wouldn't be that hard to install the E28 M5 rotors on the E12 and then take the measurements needed to get a machine shop to make some brackets to mount the calipers.
What does the Rev. think?
