I have enjoyed reading everyone elses list sonow here is mine:
1. 1951 Willy's Overland. Used in High School and passed down to my brother.
2. 1982 320i. Bought this when I graduated from college. It was $10k then (1986) and a great "Ensign Mobile" as I started flight school.
3. 1986 Isuzu Trooper. Got this as I left Texas for Miramar. Missed having a 4WD.
4. 1985 Saab 900 Turbo. Got this after getting to San Diego and realizing that the Trooper just wasn't "stylin" enough for a fighter guy.
5. 1989 Saab 900 Turbo. Traded the old 1 in when I got tired of fixing it!
6. 1981 Audi 5000S. A gift from my parents. Didn't have it very long.
7. 1982 528e. This was the Saab replacement when my wife wrecked it. We still have it and it just about turned 400k.
8. 1984 Peugeot 505S wagon. The family truckster we needed at the time. A great car for a great price. Put almost 200k on it including a 5k cross the country trip.
9. 1981 528i. I just got lucky on this one. I liked the car's styling. Been great so far except for loosing a cam lobe and the valve guides. I have driven this car back and forth between San Diego and Oceana Va. 4 times.
10. 1988 Isuzu Trooper. You'd think I'd learn but I still wanted a 4WD and we needed another "family truckster".
