Hello Gents,
I am not cosmetically inclined as I am mechanically. I put a euro bumpers and lights months ago on my car and took out the us dot spec blinkers from the fenders. I purchased the sheet metal conversion kit to apply to said fenders from a gentlemen on this forum. However i have no one to weld and help me fully convert it. I have absolutely no welding experience and I am far from good at the cosmetics aspect of building cars. If anyone know someone who can help me finish it I will be forever grateful. I have the full kit it just needs to be welded and finished. I don't care about painting it i just want it on and for it to look great.

Any body shop should be able to do it. The idea that no shop is willing to help isn't reality. It's basic panel work. Are you sure they are giving you prices that you aren't prepared for, since that kit requires a full re-spray after? It's not a little job, patching all four corners and re-painting. There's no such thing as "I don't care about painting it i just want it on and for it to look great."
Well i was going to get it painted after the restoration, but as far as body shops go, they were trying to tell me that the kit wasn't applicable. They said it leaves to much of a gap between the body and the piece. I just want to get it on welded sanded and primered hence i don't care about the paint.
Other people I know that bought that "kit" haven't said anything about bad fitment. Any decent body shop could make anything work, even if you didn't provide the "kit". I just don't think you guys are communicating clearly. I could go to the poorest reviewed shop in town and if I asked them to put a paper mache rooster head on my roof, they would. People don't turn down work that easily.
Find some hole in the wall shop where they barely speak English, offer cash and I bet they do it. To increase the odds, bring a friend along who does speak Spanish if you don't. And don't forget to seal the back just in case they blow a hole, you don't want it rusting from the back.
