I think a Haynes manual, realoem, and this forum should give you all of the tools you need to tackle any problems you run into. I've used the Haynes manual for years. It's a good reference.

There's no Bentley, Haynes is a s good as it gets, unless there are factory service manuals in circulation.
Crazyfastman is right about this site and the info and wizards that reside here.

Haynes is terrible for some of the newer cars, E28s for one, but their E12 manual is pretty good. Out of circulation for a while now, but I hear they come up on Ebay fairly regularly.

I've got a Haynes manual which I luckily got free with some E28 M5 stuff after a local guy sold his car and I have two of the blue binders. They've been very helpful so far!
