Replacing the seals and would like a second opinion as to the Torque to be applied to the head after installing the new seals?

Same as any other M30. Original process was a 4 stage process with the final being 59 foot pounds. Newer is a torque angle, but I've always used the older style without problems. It's about 10 pages in and I can't link to the page, but it's there.

There is a crack and I wonder if they can be really fixed?
For what I see in YouTube they can be fixed. What do you think?

I've had a couple welded up and they lasted about 50K before they cracked again. For a long time M30 heads were cheap and plentiful, but not so much anymore, especially depending on where you are. I would try hard to find an uncracked head, but they can be welded. They heat the head in an oven and then weld it.
