While trying to diagnose erratic idle issues I came across posts stating the oil dip stick being loose will cause idle issues.
I can see where the valve cover has a hose going to the intake but am not sure if it's just a straight vent or if it has a pcv valve....will a paritial or full clog in the hose affect engine performance?
Is this hose a maintenance item?
