I don't think they exist. I cruse ebay.de all the time and see lots of E12 body panels... trunk floorpan, rear quarters, rockers, wheel wells, doors... never yet seen a floorpan.
I had a few 6" holes in my floorpan and I had to patch them. Doesn't have to be perfect... it's not something you'll see if ever.
