'85 635Csi engine into an '80 528i

Well... I found a wrecked '85 635Csi with 164K miles. What all do I need to get from the car to do the swap well? I know I need the bell housing, but the E24 has an auto tranny, and the E12 has a 5-speed. Do I need to get a different bellhousing?
