POR-15 makes a kit. Never tried it, don't know how well it works. I welded my tank. had a couple of holes the size of a dime. The tank rusted from the outside in. Inside the tank looked new. Welded a patch over and hoping for the best. Problem with welding is the tank interior looks to be galvanized. When you weld, that galvanized coating disappears and rust sets in.
If my patch job doesn't hold gasoline (it held water when I tested it) I'll be looking for this kit.
