Glue it to the inside panels of the door at various spots, but at the bottom, cut slits and make sure the bottom of the plastic is on the inside of the bottom sheet metal, inside the door. That channels the water that runs down next to the window, back into the door and out the door drains. Make sure while you are in there, to get all the crud out of the door drains at the bottom sill of the door. Thats the way the OEM plastic was mounted before it was torn out at some point.
