There are two circuit breakers for the windows located down low left of the steering wheel on the cover under the dashboard. Check to see if one needs to be re-set. Or maybe just operate them a few times to exercise the internal connections which could get a little oxidized after a quarter century of just sitting there. One is for the front windows, one for the rear.
