I think it is H&R that made the ones I've got. The people who make springs. They aren't cheap, especially as you need new lug bolts too. As far as quality goes, I'd just make sure the ones you get are hubcentric so the bolts don't end up supporting the load. If you can't find a reasonable price anywhere, I MIGHT be able to be persuaded to sell the ones I've got.
