I think you will find that the conversion costs to turn your E12 into an electric car are far higher than just paying the fuel prices for the amount you may drive the car in the next 5 years. Think........ efficient electric motors & batteries let alone the amount of work could easily reach $3000+!!!!!
I'd not do the conversion and just sell the car. Save the headache and time and just go do something else. Or better yet use the money you sell the 530 for on a down payment on a nice motorcycle, scooter or an electric car built new.
