Check under the trunk mat. Water runs off the roof, down the side lid channels to the tail lights. If the seals between the chrome and body leak at all, the water continues along the trunk floor to the seat back. Then under the rear seat to the floors.

For the sun roof drains: a (long) length of weed wacker (nylon) line should push through to the rocker panels with some bumping and pushing. If it jams, the tubes are plugged.

Know that the top drains are holes inside metal tubes about 3" - 4" long. Rubber tubing fits over them to take the water to the drain holes in the rockers.

Worst case to clean them you can pull the trim, lower the headliner, cut the pinch clamp and pull the tube out of the pillar.

Buy two wooden dowels the diameter of the tube (necessary for length) and run them through.

To re-install, the tube feeds back in grudgingly by assisting along through pillar holes, finally through the speaker mount hole. Use a standard hose clamp at the top.

The sunroof is never leak proof, even with new gaskets. Best is whatever amount enters can leave through the drains fast enough to not jump the channels.
