sort of...I think the guy there fudged something because with no changes the numbers dropped to something completely unrealistic...I still need to go back and give him a little thank you $$. Turns out the reason the O2 sensor was not working was the ECU was bad. While at the shop (another $150) and hooked up to analyzer we changed ECU and like magic the numbers came wayyyyy down. They were really close to passing but I still failed. Disconnecting the O2 sensor made it run rich and plugging in leaned out. The next time I went back the get emissions the guys machine broke while I was pulling in...the next time it passed magically.
Now on to getting tags after 1 1/2 years with previous owners (1 year), and temps (about 6 weeks, sometimes expired), and none at all (way way to long for driving daily).
