Hi Carl, and thanks for the kind interest. Actually, this flaking problem is on many e-class benzes and many '90s model BMWs in Thailand. The cosmoline and the paint just flake right off, and so my friend would like to offer a powder coating service. Just that I can't find a supplier who has blended a matching powder.
