If I'm inside the car and push down on the plunger, all will lock. If I pull up, all will unlock. Then I exit the car, close the door, and use the key to lock the driver door. Only the driver door locks...*unless* I use my finger to push down the plunger until the other 3 doors lock (won't let me lock the driver door like that for obvious reasons), insert key, turn to one side as I close the door, lock that door, and release. Then, when I return with my key from the outside and open, all the doors unlock, and the cycle repeats. :)
