Interesting subject. I just went to buy a coolant hose for euro m20 320i. Mobile Traditions had the exact part available (PN 1-265-448-AB) at $12.41. But because of shipping cost, I thought I'd ask what my local dealer would sell it to me for. And the price? $28 and change. What's up with this? Is this kind of bald price gouging typical of the dealer. I lot of folks recommend going to the dealer where you can get hard-to-find parts and get a little discount with BMWCCA membership or what else.
