would be mounted to the original seat frame/tracks. IIRC the e30 sport seats have flat mounting tabs, yes? So for the driver side you can use the original lift/lower frame with some flat stock adaptors under the e30 sliders, on the passenger side you may be able to mount the e30 sliders direct to the box frame.
