The VIN you list is one digit too long, but based on the "5010..." you a have a very early US-import e12. What year is the 633? If it is '82 or earlier, it is basically a twin under the skin to the e12.
Give us more info on the 6. As Sam stated, beings this is the e12 board we should tell you to keep the 5 and part the 6, but depending on overall condition of the two cars it might be better to do the opposite. Both are good cars; if you have a pair that share chassis then you have a built in supply of replacement parts whichever way you go.
