Intermitent total electrical power loss...

Only happens when I activate ANY additional electrical device. Turn signal, brake lights, turn on stereo, headlights, etc. Almost always starts right back up, but it's getting annoying. If I goose the RPM before putting on the signal, it usually stays up. I've checked and cleaned the grounds, ensured all the fuse points are good, and have a new ignition switch installed. When I say total, I mean TOTAL failure. Lights, ignition,... the lot.

Any ideas?
