I'd check the battery cables first at the battery then at their destination. Clean them up at the battery even if they look perfect, I've had them like that before where they looked good, no corrosion or anything, but were a problem. Also, I believe there is a heavy red that goes from the positive terminal of the battery to the fuse box. Check that one, mostly at the battery end, but both if the problem continues, everything that is fed off the fuse box comes from that red wire. Check the terminal on the battery side of that red wire also, sometimes they get loose or corroded.
