I've fixed both four-way and fog light switch as Andrew described. Use mini screwdrivers and pry around the tabe that hold the front and back half of the switch together. Just be careful when separating the halves because the innards are spring loaded. Then gently bend that arm inward so what's left of the pin locks into its slot.
