The only thing I can add is the cable with the disc-nut-thing only needs to loosened until it can be pushed up over the curved track the cable rides on (part of metal dash support). Once it feels loose, push up and then push the dash forward. I only mention it because some folks on the board had trouble grasping the concept. My hands are small enough that I could feel what was going on up there the first time.
