unfortunately the city of west hollywood deemed my parking space unsuitable and held my car ransom.
in the process of stealing my car, they broke the right control arm.
i was just under there and it seems like there is probably a broken bolt connecting the control arm to the idler arm hidden by a bush (let me know if my terminology is completely off).
according to haynes i will need a torque wrench and a balljoint separator tool. it doesn't look like any part of this could kill me, other than an earthquake.
right now i am going to disassemble the spare to try to figure it out. any advise would be most welcome.
