Will twin cam 4 valve head swap for the std head?

Will the twin cam 4 valve motorsport head swap with the single cam head fitted to an early 3453cc pre 82 3.5 using L-jet and work with the L-jet fuel injection?Cost issues and difficulty in finding the head aside :-).
