It has all the symptoms of the ecu not getting any AFM signal - AMHIK.
Maybe a bad ecu or AFM (could the AFM be stuck?).
Or poor fuel delivery (pressure at more than idle volume).
You've got some testing to do. Checking fuel pressure as you rev it may help.
