No, besides needing different pistons, time chain and covers that have been mentioned, there is an external oil return that runs from the intake side of the head to the outside rear of the block. This is not present on the 2 valve big six.
You would need to machine on of these get it to work, just buy an M motor or maybe a V8? Mine should be here Monday.
