That, I think is what the engineers intended.
Regarding the mountains, bring your bike out here to Oregon. I'll unlimber my R75 and we'll hit some "twisty's" in the Cascade Range. You can't get those kind of thrills in a car, no matter how wonderful your Bimmer.
