As for moving the car, you could get a jack(with wheels of course) under the diff and "jack it" a bit to get the wheels straightened out. Then have a flat bed tow drag it up the bed, and to the desired location. Once you've got it home (or shop) put jackstands under the mounts right in front of the rear wheels. This is the rear crossmember that the drive shaft goes thru, and then start the dissassembly....
