I now have enough parts to get BOTH cars running correctly.... and some extras to boot.
I am still trying to figure out the best/easiest way to restore the earlier car. The only "real" way is to simply dissasemble the entire car (drivetrain/interior/suspension etc) and put it back together w/the new needed parts (not a cheap project to undertake.) But since I have the later B7 running pretty good this project has taken a back burner for a while when I have the time, space and $$.
