What effect does loosening the spring have on the bypass screw setting. If my car is running lean and I have closed the air bypass screw to stop the rough idle will I have to readjust the air bypass screw to compensate for the new spring setting. How else do I richen it up? What does the advance and retard do on the distributor. What about cold starts with the bypass closed?
