I recently replaced the thermos on my 76 with a 528i one piece design (from Luis C). It fit up nice but I can't comment on porting. I do however wonder about what pollution stuff can be removed etc. See a little ways down my earlier message which I did not get a response to. Any info on the subject woudld be helpfull!!
