Yeah maybe. Also could be stuck fuel pressure regulator or binding air flow meter. You can remove the airfilter to afm hose and push the afm door in slowly feeling for any binding.
First things first. Any FI car sitting a year or more will the injectors cleaned regardless, so try that first. The BG44 stuff is supposed to be the strongest none-presurized cleaner available.
Hard to find though. I've had good success with Castrol Syntec and Redline SI1 and SI2
Some repair places remove your fuel line and run the car off a pressurized can of cleaner. I think they get 50-$100.00 to do that.
