I would try another 014 and ignore my comments about any other part #.
I find my cruising is ok although I think I need a few more teeth opened.
I've also heard of slighty crushing a 2.5 reg in a small press to give it a a couple of more PSI. Something in between 2.5 and 3.0
You could also try a new 213 but you might not pass emissions on it (too high HC).
