You will probably need to graft the ends of the the 530i downpipes to the bavaria downpipes. This may take a little doing since the 530i ones are larger diameter.... But I've seen this done by a muffler shop so it is possible!
Otherwise it maybe best to simply swap out the 530i resonator for a 528i euro one, that should bolt right up (or maybe go the US cat conversion?).
Anyone out there correct me if I'm wrong here...
Since I have the BMW parts CD but no PC to run it on...... (Maybe I should try running the new virtual PC on a G4? didn't work very well on my old G1)
