I can understand the fit problem... But I really don't think mini's will be worth much 2+ years later. BMW is planning on making a gazillion of them. Kindof like the Mazda miata was when it first came out. Dealers where charging a premimum at first(close to $20K) and now they're everywhere.
Wereas the TT is more expensive car (looked this weekend at a roadster w/the 225hp --wanted $44K!!!!). Although not quite rare, they have a certain appeal and are one of the few new cars I cared for (although they seem alittle like driving a 356 bathtub). Maybe someday... I still think about getting one and installing the twin turbo engine out of the new All road quattro! (think it might make 300hp if tweaked a little?).
I don't see many TT's here, or even in Portland (only 1 dealer there). I wonder how many they've sold so far?
