We DID bleed ALL four corners of the car. Twice. And as we have both done
brakes on other cars, we DID start at the correct corner, furthest from
the master cylinder. And for the first bleed we used a pressure bleeder,
then the second bleed we did it the old fashioned way (one person cracks
bleeder, other pushes pedal, close bleeder).
I'm pretty sure there's still air in there. I didn't think to do the
front caliper bleeders in the order you suggested, i.e. lowest to highest.
Forgot about that.
Will try it soon.
