I used a "Mighty-Vac" vacuum bleeder to bleed my brakes after installing new calipers in the front. After completely bleeding the entire system, I had almost no brakes. I did it again and the second time, I pumped the pedal twice while bleeding. Apparently, the master cyl. needs a couple of pumps to clear properly even when using a good vacuum bleeder.
