Many of you have upgraded your M30 engine to a 3.3L or
3.5L engine. I'm on the verge of an engine rebuild and
want to know how much is gained over my stock 3.0L.
My blue book tells me I have 175 HP at 5500 RPM and a max.
torque of 188 ft. lbs. at 4500 RPM for my 77 530i.
I don't have any E28 reference manuals (yet), so I was
wondering if anyone could tell me how much power and
max. torque I can achieve with the 3.3 L or 3.5 L
M30 engines.
